When you add cherry juice are you talking about juice made from the choke cherries? I understand that the seeds are poisonous? Is it ok to boil down the cherries themselves even though they are mostly seed/pit?

I've been using Old Indian Cherry Bark Syrup for several years now, and it's never failed to produce results. One to three doses over a 24-48 hour period has been all we've ever needed. The cough stops. It does taste awful, but with the kids I usually mix it with a very small portion of juice, and it still works wonders!
