Thanks a lot for the very useful videos. i had found instructions for doing this on a different site before i found this site, but yours was much more informative and was accompanied with a video. I appreciate it.
ps. have any other recipes your willing to share?

My starter formed bubbles for the first three days then quit. Smells heavenly but now only bubbles when stirred, not when it has been sitting for a while. What did I do wrong? Used filtered water from an untreated well, kept covered in our kitchen...

Can this starter be used for lactofermenting vegetables in place of whey?
